No visit this year, and possibly not next either
I've decided that I would have greater peace of mind if I used my leave time to prepare for my masters degree and move my stuff. I probably don't need to prepare to do alright in my degree, but I would like to graduate at the top of my class if possible. I am unsure if I am just being selfish and a workaholic in doing this, I hope I'm being prudent. Also, I don't know if I'll have time during my masters course to come visit. Please chide me if I'm being dumb.
At any rate, I am planning a visit for August 09. With 2 years to plan maybe we could do something really cool, as long as everyone is going to be relatively close to each other that far into the future...

I think that's fine. Being the top of your class where you are is quite meaningful as opposed to say, Fullerton College. (c: Lol! Enjoy your studies, and we'll see you when we are blessed by such an occasion. We may even have to be the travellers.
So, what would be a really cool thing to do? I can have mondo leave saved up by then - in two years I can save 70 days of leave if I don't take any.
We could sail the atlantic or something. Or maybe crashland in the wilderness and try to survive for a month.
Actually, make that 60 days. Still alot though.
We should hike the Jon Muir trail. That would be cool.
