similarly, I heard that one should evade 'comedy traffic school' as well. Lame jokes, trial and error audience, it's hard. Friend of mine said that one particular one that he went to, he left afterwards feeling stupider than when he went in. Sounds miserable.
Naw man, comedy sportz is pretty cool. You just got to roll with it rather than expecting some kind of ESPN-ish crap.
Anyway, that tom cruise thing reminds me of a crazy site.
