Visiting plans
I plan on coming in July. If you guys are up for it, I would like to go on a camping trip. Dustin says the second weekend in July would work well. Also, apparently I need to pick out a camping spot early on in order to get a space. What is the most awesome camping place I could pick?

Would it be for the weekend only? Are you thinking local mountains, beach, Sierras?

i'd be cool for a weekend. sounds awesome awesome. looking forward to it. my preference is the beach, but the cool mountains are nice too. Joshua Tree would be flaming hot, but the challenge of it is have the reflective value, no?
I have up to 4 full days for camping, with a half day for set up and tear down on either side. Currently, I'm thinking of doing this from Thu 6 July -> Tue 11 July. However, I can bump this up as many weeks as necessary to meet people's schedules.
I think I'd like the beach best, especially if the water is good for swimming and there are many large sand dunes. But hiking in the mountains and rock climbing are lots of fun too. Hmmm.
I'll go with good scenery. What is the most scenic park (doesn't matter what kind of scenery) you've been to, which we didn't go to while at Biola?
