Bourbon whiskey is a whiskey that is at least 51% corn alcohol, is no more than 160 proof, and aged in new, charred oak barrels for at least two years. This site is cool because it tells you how they make the whiskey - with all the different steps.

yeh sure, i'm up for it. and noon-ish to mid afternoon would be fine for a tronathon... the evening I'm already booked.
